Shipping policy

All orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days. If you have chosen to receive a tracking number it will be provided after shipping process has began. Please note that we are not responsible for any orders that may become lost by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier with the tracking number (if you chose to receive one), so they can further help locate your order. All claims have to be made by the customer. After the order has left our warehouse we will happily help with receiving the tracking number.
