Our products are FINAL SALE, which means their is no time frame to complete returns after receiving your item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a complaint about the item(s) you received, you can contact us at info@thelyonspawprintco.com. Return shipping, Restocking Fee, and Reshipment Cost falls under the customer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, face mask, etc). Also if we see fit that the item did not leave the warehouse damaged in any way. While placing your order it is the customers' responsibility to insure that the items are what you want to purchase. We have no control over what the carrier does during transit. Once it leaves the warehouse it is out of our control. Any issue dealing with your items during transit needs to be handled with the carrier. We will not reach out to the carrier. Any claims with the carrier needs to be handled by the customer. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Â
Exchanges                                                              Exchanges depend on the products you have purchased. Return shipping, Restocking Fee, and Reshipment Cost falls under the customer. All items will not be granted an exchange and/or refund due to every item being FINAL SALE. If after speaking with our customer service and you then choose to be issued store credit or an exchange; there will be no other option granted.
